Returns & Refund Policy

At Sneaker Vault, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every pair we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window In accordance with Google Merchant Center standards, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition To protect our inventory of high-value sneakers, all returns must meet the following "Deadstock" requirements:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, uncreased, and in the exact condition they were received. We cannot accept returns on shoes with signs of wear on the soles or creases in the toe box.

  • Original Packaging: The original shoe box is considered part of the product. It must be returned undamaged and must not be used as the outer shipping container (please wrap the box in a shipping bag or secondary box).

  • Accessories: All extra laces, tags, and authenticity cards must be included.

4. Fees & Refunds * Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all high-value limited releases to cover authentication and processing.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the size you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
