5. Shipping and Delivery Sneaker Vault provides nationwide delivery across South Africa. All shipping timeframes provided are estimates. We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees Our return policy is strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All returns must be in "Deadstock" (unworn, brand new, original packaging) condition. In alignment with our store policies, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
